Mental Health in Relationships

Just like physical health, we all have mental health and we have good days and bad days. So why is it so much easier to tell your partner when you have a headache and ask them to bring you a Tylenol, than it is to say that you’re feeling depressed and need something more?

In this episode, Phil and Robyn discuss some of their own mental health challenges and chat about how they’ve learned to navigate those hurdles when one of them is having a bad day (or month).
